This workshop is something a “little different” in that we demonstrated how to use LiDAR (Light Direction and Ranging) data to extract topographic contour lines. We explored the LAS file, Creating the LAS Dataset. Extracting or Clipping the LAS Dataset, Filtering and Symbolizing the LAS Dataset and extracting and symbolizing Surface Contours.
