The latest version of the ArcGIS Parcel Fabric allows for the creation of “Strata Parcels”, parcels containing sufficient information from which 3-dimensional parcels can be extracted. This presentation explores the ways in which we have mapped Condominiums in the past, the new “Strata Parcels” and discusses the process by which they are created and used in property assessment.
